Tale As Old As Time | Beauty and the Beast

Happy Friday beauties! I want to share something exciting with you all. I will be doing a Disney Princess series! I got the idea after seeing the lovely Jessica over at the Mod Mermaid do her Disney Princess series. I fell in love and since I love princesses, I thought I would make my own. I have several princesses in mind, but if you have any suggestions for princesses, please feel free to let me know =)

Today's princess is Belle from Beauty and the Beast. She is my all time favorite princess! In high school, I was able to play the part of Belle in the homecoming lip sync, which we won first place in!

The inspiration of this look came from her yellow gold ball gown. I threw in a bit of the warm brownish/red from the dress she wears during the song "Something There" when she discovers that the Beast isn't so bad after all.

Here is what I used:

UD Naked Palette (Half Baked and Toasted) and Cover Girl Coffee Shop (yellow shadow)

An Ulta shadow from one of their sets and theBalm Balm Jovi Palette (Iron Maid-In)
I also used a black shadow to create the winged eye.

All over the lid I used Half Baked and the yellow shade from CG Coffee Shop. For the crease, I used the Ulta reddish/copper color and mixed it with Toasted. The inner half of my eyelid, I used Iron Maid-In. Again I took Half Baked and placed it on my lower lash area. Finally, I took a black eyeshadow and lined my upper lashes and created a winged eye.

I primed my eyelids with the Urban Decay Primer Potion.  After lining my upper water line with Urban Decay 24/7 pencil in Zero, I primed my eyelashes with Tarte MultiplEYE Lash Enchancing Primer. Next, I used YSL Babydoll mascara and Tarte Lights, Camera, Flashes mascara. For the cheeks, I used Nars Orgasm. For the lips, I mixed together Tarte lipsurgences in Enchanted and Hope.

Completed look:

Only 10 days left for my Tarte giveaway! Check it out here if you haven't already.
