All About Eye Liner | Plus Winged Liner Tutorial


Hello beauties! Today's post features a video I did about the different kinds of eyeliners I have encountered and which I prefer for creating a cat eye. In the video, I show how I create my cat eye as I use my favorite eye liner to do the trick.
